Automatic renewal terms

Paid plans are billed once a year for a 12-month term and renew automatically each year at the then-current price (currently $24/year for Individual Premium, $199/year for Practice, and $499/year for Group) until you cancel. We’ll email you before any price change, with the right to cancel first. You can cancel anytime online in Settings → Manage subscription — just as easily as you signed up, with no phone call or email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your paid features until then.

We email you a reminder before each renewal with the renewal date and amount, and a confirmation of these terms right after you subscribe.

Yes. Everything that’s free today stays free: unlimited licenses and CME credits, state requirement tracking, AI certificate data entry, deadline reminder emails, transcript exports and the audit packet, and a manager dashboard for up to 5 providers. Premium plans add new features on top.
The certificate vault stores the certificate files you upload (PDFs and images) and attaches each one to its CME activity, so the original document is one click away when you renew a license or answer an audit.
Forward the email your CME provider sends with your certificate to the Med Ed Tracker intake address, from the email address on your account. The certificate is read, the activity is added to your transcript automatically with the certificate attached, and you get a confirmation email. Email-in is included with every paid plan.
Yes. You can cancel online at any time in Settings, with no phone call or email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your paid features until then.
